On December 10, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute led the national key research and development plan "Major Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Public Safety" special "Efficient Drilling Rescue Technology and Equipment (No.2022YFC3005900)" project progress inspection meeting was held in training center of Beilin District Campus.
Liu Jianzhong, deputy general manager of group company, Yao Ningping ,general manager of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute and project leader, Wang Hao, deputy general manager, Zhao Xueshe, project tracking expert researcher, Zhang Jianming, researcher of China National Coal Association, Ma Hongwei, professor of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, Zhang Qun, researcher of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, Jiang Guosheng, professor of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and other 60 experts attended the meeting.
The project of "Efficient Drilling Rescue Technology and Equipment" is the first national major science and technology project undertaken by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, which is of great significance. 2023 is the opening year of the project, but also the key year to meet the mid-term inspection of China's 21st Century Agenda Management Center. The meeting is strictly to the standard assessment requirements, around the overall research and development objectives of the project. And the research and development progress and results of the 5 projects were checked. After a day of review, the expert group believes that the subjects under the project have completed the periodical work content and tasks agreed in the plan task book, and reached the expected assessment objectives. The meeting affirmed the progress of the project stage, requiring each project to be sure to do a good job of sorting out the problems and the implementation of the plan, gathering strength, tackling difficulties, in-depth implementation of the work tasks, which strengthens communication and coordination with the participating units, and constantly improves the research progress and the executive ability to ensure that the project can make greater progress and results. Make full preparations for the mid-term evaluation of the project.
The "Efficient Drilling Rescue Technology and Equipment" project was successfully approved in November 2022. The project led by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, is a major national demand for mine rescue. With Xuzhou XCMG Basic Construction Machinery Co., LTD., China University of Mining and Technology, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), Jilin University, Harbin Institute of Technology and other 10 units, it forms an "industry-university-research and application" collaborative research team. Carry out research in five aspects: ground rescue truck-mounted drilling rig and supporting equipment, adaptive drilling control technology, ground rescue efficient hole formation and accurate lane penetration technology, underground rescue large-diameter horizontal pipe drilling rig and efficient hole formation technology, aiming to form an integrated surface and underground rescue efficient hole formation technology and equipment system. To continuously contribute scientific and technological strategic strength and improve the level of mining accident drilling rescue in China.
