The remote-control digital platform developed by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute based on ZDY23000LDK high-power automated directional drilling rig has successfully overcome key technical difficulties such as network delay and multi-level cross-network communication, and effectively solved problems such as information islands and multi-system incompatibility. By establishing a real-drilling model based on digital twins, it effectively realizes comprehensive parameter monitoring and multi-level data management of underground coal mine working faces, drilling equipment, drilling sites and boreholes, and implements remote monitoring and real-time operation control of underground drilling equipment on the ground.
The successful application of this platform not only improves the production efficiency of underground coal mine operations and reduces labor costs, but also effectively ensures the safety of operators. It lays a solid foundation and provides strong guarantees for realizing coal mine informatization, intelligent operations, safe, efficient and green coal mining.
