Recently, the geophysical prospecting instrument manufacturing and operation management system of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute was officially put into operation. As a key digital construction project of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, relying on the scientific research project "Construction of i3 Digital Platform Based on MOM System", it has successfully achieved transparency of manufacturing management, visualization of manufacturing process and traceability of manufacturing quality. The system can meet the management needs of multi-variety, small batch and discrete manufacturing of geophysical instruments; through real-time monitoring of manufacturing process and data, it effectively improves manufacturing efficiency and one-time factory qualified rate; the main functions of the system include 12 modules such as manufacturing planning, manufacturing execution, and manufacturing traceability, covering the entire process of manufacturing and after-sales maintenance, and can quickly locate product quality problems. The system can not only interact with SAP, MDM, SRM and other systems in real-time but also realize data interconnection with intelligent board tests and spraying workstations.
The official operation of the MOM system is a breakthrough for CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute to achieve digital transformation and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of a demonstration workshop.
