On October 29th, Jiang Xiangming, is director of the Hydrogeology Bureau of the China Coal Geology Bureau and the secretary of the party committee. Wang Xuejun, is the director of the Shanxi Provincial Coal Geology Bureau. They visited the Xi'an Research Institute.
