Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology issued the "Notice on Approving the Construction of a Group of Shaanxi Province "Four Subjects and One Alliance" School-Enterprise Joint Research Center", led by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, and jointly with Northwestern Polytechnical University to apply for mining drilling equipment The Flexible Intelligent Manufacturing School-Enterprise Joint Research Center was successfully approved for establishment.
The research center focuses on the research and development and engineering application of key technologies for intelligent production of drilling equipment, focusing on key technologies for flexible production of drilling equipment and collaborative control mechanisms, exploring virtual reconstruction and twin control technology of flexible production lines for mining drilling tools, as well as complex tool monitoring and full life cycle Control technology, etc. The goal of the research center is to create an industry-leading intelligent manufacturing demonstration base and empower the high-quality development of the drilling equipment industry with new productivity.
At the kick-off meeting for the construction of the research center on February 29, Tian Dongzhuang, director of the research center and general manager of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute Manufacturing Company, and Professor He Junhong, deputy director of the Shaanxi Network Innovation Research Institute of Northwestern Polytechnical University, discussed research directions, management operation systems, and scientific research cooperation. Methods, capital investment, talent training and implementation plans were discussed in depth and a consensus was reached. The two parties jointly signed a cooperation agreement on the co-construction of the research center, laying a solid foundation for future collaborative innovation and development.
