On July 2, Xi'an Research Institute ZDY4300LK underground intelligent drilling rig test site evaluation will be held in Bin-jiang Buddha Temple Mining.
Before the meeting, Liu Cheng and his party, accompanied by Zhang Yachao, deputy chief engineer of Binchang Dafosi Mining, went deep into the underground industrial test and construction site, watched the action flow of the rig construction on site, and conducted in-depth exchanges with the front-line construction personnel.
At the evaluation meeting, the leading experts listened to the project leader and the site leader on the project situation and the field test situation, fully affirmed the intelligent drilling rig in improving the safety of operators, reducing labor intensity and other advantages, for the drilling rig exists in some problems they carried out technical exchanges, put forward some on-site needs and suggestions, we jointly discussed the future development trend and direction of the intelligent drilling rig.
The "downhole intelligent drilling rig" project is a key technological innovation project of the Xi'an Research Institute. Relying on this project, the ZDY4300LK underground intelligent drilling rig has been developed. This drilling rig has functions such as automatic control of the drilling process, automatic loading and unloading of drill rods, real-time monitoring of status, and remote data transmission. The prototype was tested at the Binchang Dafosi Mine from May 21 to June 23, and with the strong support and cooperation of the relevant miners, the test task was successfully completed. The ZDY4300LK underground intelligent drilling rig on-site review meeting was a complete success, marking the staged achievements in the development of the intelligent drilling rig in Xi'an Research Institute.
