Recently, the "Interpretation of Coal Mine Geological Work Detailed Rules" compiled by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute commissioned by the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau was reviewed in Xi'an. Leaders and experts from more than 10 units including the Accident Investigation and Statistics Department of the National Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, Emergency Management Press, China University of Mining and Technology, Huaibei Mining Group, National Energy Group, Huaihe Energy, and Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Research Institute participated in the review.
Wang Hao, deputy general manager of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, delivered a speech and comprehensively introduced the overall situation of the preparation of "Interpretation". Miao Yaowu, first-level chief staff member of the Accident Investigation and Statistics Department of the State Administration of Mine Safety Supervision, emphasized the key points of the review. The "Interpretation" is an official document issued by the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau to guide coal-related enterprises to understand and implement the "Coal Mine Geological Work Detailed Rules". The "Interpretation" further details the terms of the "Detailed Rules" to help the coal industry supervision and inspection departments and related enterprises better implement the "Detailed Rules".
The preparation of this "Interpretation" was started in May 2023. The first draft has been completed and will be released at a selected date after the review is completed.
