Recently, the Tangjiahui Coal Mine Transparent Geology Support System undertaken by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute successfully passed the acceptance of Ordos Huaxing Energy Co., Ltd. The successful acceptance of the project marks that the Tangjiahui Coal Mine Transparent Geology Support System has entered a new stage.
In the second half of 2020, Tangjiahui Coal Mine made every effort to promote the construction of "5G+Smart Mine". In 2021, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute used multi-source data fusion, three-dimensional geological modeling and other technologies to take the lead in building the first generation of transparent geological support system for Tangjiahui Coal Mine, realizing three-dimensional reproduction of ground and underground scenes.
In 2023, in order to further ensure the safe production of coal mines, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute carried out a comprehensive iterative upgrade of the transparent geological support system based on the mining characteristics of Tangjiahui Coal Mine. The upgraded system solved technical difficulties such as intelligent data collection, real-time synchronization of drilling data, automatic interpretation of geophysical data, and dynamic updating of models. It achieved high-frequency updates of geophysical monitoring data every three minutes, real-time updates of drilling trajectories, dynamic comparison of drilling layers, automatic identification and early warning of spatial positions of abnormal areas, and other functions, equipping coal mines with a "clairvoyant" for safe, efficient and green mining.
Since the system was put into operation, it has discovered and dealt with two water hazards in advance, shortening the treatment time by 4 months compared with the adjacent working faces, and reducing the treatment workload by 30%; the excavation footage has increased from the original 260 meters/month to 352 meters/month; more than 900 prediction results have been submitted, with an accuracy rate of more than 80%, ensuring the safe excavation of more than 5,000 meters in the mine and safe mining of 4 working faces.
The successful application of this system has endowed a new concept for mine water hazard prevention and control, and at the same time provided strong technical support for rapid excavation and intelligent mining in coal mines, significantly improving the safety and efficiency of mine production, and marking that the intelligent upgrade of the transparent geological support system for intelligent mining in coal mines has entered a new era.
