Recently, Xi'an Research Institute relies on the 13th Five-Year Project about Intelligent Drilling Equipment and High-efficiency Rapid Drilling Technology in Coal Mines (2016ZX05045-003-001) and key projects of the Group Company Φ200mm top plate high-diameter large-diameter directional drilling drilling technology and equipment (2018ZD004) The BLY800/12 and BLY1000/16 coal mine drilling mud pump trucks developed by the company were assembled at the Xi'an Research Institute's intelligent drilling equipment and coalbed methane development industrial base, with installed power of 250kW and 355kW respectively. The research center cooperated with the manufacturing center to conduct preliminary tests on the performance of the mud pump truck.
The BLY1000/16 and BLY800/12 mud pump trucks are mainly based on the large-diameter one-time directional hole forming technology and the rotary directional drilling technology for solving the hard rock large-diameter roof of the coal mine.
Because the output flow of the pump truck is large, the dedicated water tank, load loading and circulation manifold are designed to perform equipment performance testing. The number of parameters of the system and components that need to be tested is large, the parameter matching is difficult, and the workload is large. The personnel cooperate with a number of product suppliers and technicians, such as hydraulic component suppliers and mud pump suppliers, to conduct comprehensive assembly guidance, performance test plan discussion and safety before starting equipment for the assembly and adjustment work.
