On March 29, the 2024 Yulin Coal Mine Safety Geological Guarantee Technology Seminar hosted by the Yulin Municipal Energy Bureau, co-hosted by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute was grandly held in Yulin City.

Gao Xu emphasized in his speech that all participating companies should fully understand the significance of the newly revised "Coal Mine Geological Work Detailed Rules", conscientiously study and understand the key contents of the new revision, comprehensively promote practical application, do a good job in implementation, and apply what they have learned in practice.
Researcher Wang Haijun interpreted the "Coal Mine Geological Work Detailed Rules" in detail based on the geological characteristics and hidden disaster-causing factors of Yulin City's coal mines, and introduced an integrated technical system adapted to the investigation, survey, and management of hidden disaster-causing factors in coal mines in the region. Researcher Liu Zaibin introduced the compilation ideas and related requirements of the "Shaanxi Province Transparent Geological Guarantee Construction Technical Specifications" and elaborated on the construction content of a professional-level transparent geological guarantee system. Researcher Zhao Chunhu put forward technical ideas for source-based and advanced regional coal mine water damage prevention and control around safe, green and intelligent mining of coal mines in the Yulin area and water damage prevention and control under the new situation.
