On September 21st, the Congress of commendation for advanced collectives and model workers of central enterprises, jointly organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Asset Management Commission of the State Council, was held in the Great Hall of the People. Tian Hongliang of Xi'an Research Institute was awarded the title of "Labor Model of Central Enterprise" and was invited to attend the commendation conference.
Tian Hongliang, is a man who born in 1969. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, a doctor, a researcher, an expert. He enjoys special allowance from the State Council, director of the Research Center of Xi'an Research Institute, Secretary of the General Party Branch, leader of the key scientific and technological innovation team in Shaanxi Province, and the member of Drilling Engineering Committee of the China Coal Society.
Tian Hongliang has been devoting himself to the research and development, popularization and application of drilling technology and equipment and technical management. He has completed 29 projects of the nation. And he won 21 awards, 4 drafted industry standards, published more than 50 papers and edited them. He won 3 monographs, won 22 national invention patents and 1 national patent award for excellence. He has successively won the honorary titles of "National Excellent Scientific and Technological Workers", "National Coal Youth Science and Technology Award" and "Outstanding Engineer Coal Industry Nomination Award". In September 2019, he was awarded the title of "Labor Model of Central Enterprises".
