Recently, Xi'an Research Institute and Shanxi Minxi Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xianxi Mining") Shuguang Coal Mine's scientific research project "Study on Long-hole Gas Drainage Technology in Fractured Zone" The success of the project has created a new record of 801m drilling hole depth in the high-level directional gas control of the mining industry in Minxi.
The project adopts ZDY12000LD directional drilling rig and supporting equipment of Xi'an Research Institute. It applies the new technology of large-diameter roof directional long borehole construction, and completes 5 153mm high-level directional gas control drilling holes in 1226 transportation lane of Shuguang Coal Mine, which will not only drill The effective hole section ratio of the hole is increased from 30% to 80%, and the aperture is expanded from the original 94mm to 153mm.
The successful implementation of the project has provided a new technical approach for the gas control of Shangyujiao in Shuguang Coal Mine. It has played an active role in promoting the gas control of mining in the west of the province, and has been actively promoting the high-power directional drilling of Xi'an Research Institute. The introduction of technology and equipment has laid a solid foundation for the promotion and application of Minxi Mining.
