Xi'an Institute Holds Seminars For Graduate Mentors And Graduate Students

In order to summarize the graduate education and training work of our college, improve the work management level of graduate enrollment education, teaching training, and better give play to the teaching and guiding role of graduate tutors, and understand the study, work and life of graduate students, the morning of January 20 The 2020 Xi'an Research Institute graduate tutor symposium was held. Dong Shuning, chairman of the Xi'an Research Institute, party secretary of the party committee, Yao Ningping, general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee, all doctoral and master's supervisors of the Xi'an Institute attended the conference. At the postgraduate tutor forum, the person in charge of postgraduate education of Xi'an Research Institute first introduced the general situation of discipline construction, postgraduate training, and related system requirements of the General Research Institute of Coal Science and Xi'an Research Institute.

Vice President Li Shugang made a report titled "Focus on Lidshu people and cultivate high-level innovative talents", and shared the "Opinions on the Full Implementation of Lidshuren Duties of Graduate Mentors" issued by the Ministry of Education, sharing Xi'an University of Science and Technology Postgraduate work experience.

Chairman Dong Shuning made a concluding speech. The importance of the thesis inspection In order to promote the further improvement of the quality of graduate education, according to the relevant requirements of the General Coal Science Institute, the undergraduates who have not enrolled before September 2014 (including) and have not obtained Doctoral degree students with Ph.D. degree are required to complete the thesis defense and degree application before May 2020. Those who fail to meet the deadline shall be dealt with as a business and their registration shall be cancelled.
