In order to implement the Group's "1245" overall development thinking and mobilize the enthusiasm of young people for scientific and technological innovation, the finals of the Group's 4th Youth Science and Technology Paper Speech Contest was held in Beijing from November 19th to 20th . Thirty-two players from various units of the group company participated in the finals, of which five players from the Xi'an Research Institute participated. The heads of the science and technology management departments, the secretary of the Youth League Committee and the representatives of the young science and technology personnel in the units in Beijing from the units watched the scene.
After two days of intense competition, Chen Gang of Xi'an Research Institute won the first prize, Luo Ankun of the Institute of Hydrology won the second prize, and Gu Pei of the Manufacturing Center and Guo Xiaoming of the Institute of Hydrology won the third prize. Xi'an Research Institute won the Outstanding Organization Award.
In this competition, the leaders of the academy attached great importance and the relevant departments gave strong support. The contestants fully demonstrated their solid scientific research achievements and the charm of speech through the three levels of selection in the academy, group selection of group companies and the finals of the group company.
