The project manager of the seismological institute of the Qinan High-Density 3D Seismic Exploration Project is responsible for one of the pilot projects. On November 20th, the Institute of Seismology, together with the Department of Production Technology and Safety Supervision, organized a project management experience exchange meeting at the project site. Ni Jianming, deputy chief engineer of Huaibei Mining Group, representatives of other Huaibei projects at the Hydrology Institute, Drilling Institute, and CBM Institute of Xi'an Research Institute.
At the meeting, Wang Qianyao, the project manager of the Institute of Seismology, gave a detailed introduction on the five aspects of project management, safety production, construction quality, schedule control and HSE. The participants had in-depth exchanges and discussions on various aspects of project construction and project management, and shared their practical experience in project management.
