On the afternoon of July 24th, Xi'an Research Institute of Science and Technology Information Center invited the leading personnel of the national press and publishing industry and the Northwest Institute of Nonferrous Metals through the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information and the aim is to improve the writing level of scientific papers and the acceptance rate of papers by Xi'an Research Institute . The "Small Metal Materials and Engineering" Chinese and English magazine president Shi Yingjiang edited the Xi'an Research Institute to carry out the "SCI paper writing and submission skills" special training. Yin Chunlian, Secretary-General of Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information, was invited to attend the training meeting. The training was hosted by Zhang Hongyu, director of the Human Resources Department of Xi'an Research Institute (the Party Committee and Cadre Department). Nearly 130 researchers and technicians of Xi'an Research Institute participated in this training.
With his many years of experience in science and technology publishing, Shi Yingjiang has detailed the review process of the top journals at home and abroad, the requirements for reviewing manuscripts, the key content of the manuscripts and the author's contribution skills. Through the combination of theoretical and practical cases, the participants have deepened the study of the writing and submission skills of scientific papers.
After the training, Shi Yingjiang and Secretary Yin Chunlian had an in-depth exchange with the responsible editors of “Coal Geology and Exploration” sponsored by Xi’an Research Institute. Then they visited the exhibition hall of Xi’an Research Institute.
