On the morning of October 31, Xi'an Research Institute held the work conference of the third quarter of 2019. The rest of the people attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chairman, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Security Committee, Dong Shuning.
At the meeting, Yao Ningping, deputy general manager and deputy director of the Security Committee, made a report on the work of the Third Quarter of the 2019. The report summarizes the work of the third quarter and the existing problems from the aspects of strengthening the safety production during the National Day, conducting safety inspections, and organizing the safety production knowledge competition finals. Improving the safety production management system, organizing occupational health testing and occupational disease examinations. The 119 firefighting publicity day and the “Safe Production Law” publicity week activities were arranged to deploy the key tasks in the fourth quarter.
In his summary speech, Chairman Dong Shuning emphasized three points. First, it is necessary to learn from many recent typical accident cases across the country, requiring all departments of the hospital to recognize the seriousness of the safety production situation. Secondly, it’s necessary to strengthen the responsibility of leaders and implement the main responsibility of safety production. Third, we must improve safety execution from the compliance system, improve the safety of the foundation, and promote the safety culture to the people with the focus on the team. Establish a long-term mechanism for safe production.
