The demonstration project belongs to the research content of the 2016 Science and Technology Major Special Project of Shanxi Province, Study on the Technology of Increasing Production of Low-level Coal Seam CBM Staged Fracturing Horizontal Wells (No. MQ2016-01), which is under construction by Xi'an Research Institute Coalbed Methane. During the implementation of the project, coalbed methane is highly valued and carefully organized. Based on the successful implementation of the horizontal fractured horizontal wells in the Luling Coal Mine of Huaibei, the company has continuously innovated and tried cross dipole sonic logging and roller-type righting. New technology such as anti-stringing tube string structure, ball cage bridge plug, clustering perforation, and simultaneous production of gas and water wells.
Zhaozhuang Mine Field is a typical soft and low-permeability reservoir. The project aims to draw on the technical achievements of shale gas exploration and development, and explore the development of coal seam roof horizontal drilling, downward directional perforation and staged fracturing in this area. A new idea of coalbed methane in low-permeability coal seams, and then form a set of high-efficiency development technology suitable for the horizontal softening of coalbed methane in the soft and low-permeability coal seam in the area, to maximize the communication of coal reservoirs, expand the scope of impact, and achieve rapid and high strength. The successful implementation of the project marks the maturity of Xi'an Research Institute in the development of coalbed methane in soft and low permeability coal seams, and provides a new way for ground gas drainage in China's broken soft and low permeability coal seams.
