The Xi'an Research Institute of Geological Gas successfully won the bid for the "Shendong Coal Underground Directional Long Section Hydraulic Fracture Professional Service" project. The contract value is RMB 64.71 million and the service period is three years.
Among the nearly 200 coal mines in Mengshan and Shaanxi, more than two-thirds of the coal mines are facing hard rock pressure caused by large-area overhangs in the production process, resulting in strong mine pressure problems, causing dynamic damage such as pressure brackets, bottom drums and roadways. The hurricane formed by the sudden collapse and fall of a large area of the roof has a huge destructive force, which directly damages the underground roadways, equipment and pipelines. And seriously threatens the lives of underground personnel and the safety of equipment and property to cause great harm.
The good market potential faced by geological gas, the use of downhole directional long and segmented hydraulic fracturing technology has effectively solved the problem of strong mine pressure caused by large-area overhangs on hard roofs, and achieved a major breakthrough. This technology has been successfully applied in Shendong's Bultai, Baode, Yujialiang, Shijietai and other coal mines. Mine pressure dynamic disaster prevention technology has developed a good foundation for the business transformation of the Geological Gas Institute and has a broad market prospect.
