At the press conference, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an Research Institute and Chairman Dong Shuning solemnly released the ZDY15000LD directional drilling equipment and mud pulse wireless measurement while drilling system developed by Xi'an Research Institute in Baode Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group in September this year. The depth of the main hole created is a world record of 3,33m underground drilling along the coal seam directional drilling hole, which is the world record that Xi'an Research Institute has created and continuously refreshed four times in this field since 2008. This is a new milestone in the development of downhole directional drilling technology and equipment, which indicates that China's downhole directional drilling technology and equipment continue to lead the industry's technological progress, promote the advanced gas control in the coal seam area, the Kongdai Lane project, water damage prevention and concealment. Technological advances such as exploration of disaster factors are of great significance.
