Xi’an Research Institute signed strategic cooperation agreement with Ningxia Highway Survey and Design Institute (briefly as Ningxia Highway Design Institute) in Yinchuan on September 26. Xu Shuanhai, Assistant to General Manager, and Director of Engineering Institute of Xi’an Research Institute, and Li Weiqun, Chief engineer of Ningxia Highway Design Institute attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech respectively.
Xu Shuanhai introduced recent development status of Xi’an Research Institute in detail, especially competitive technologies and achievements in geological engineering surveying, geological disaster prevention and control, and goaf management. He expressed that the agreement would be a milestone for the both units to enhance cooperation and work together to develop, and would boost development in transportation, and achieve a win-win development in the future. Li Weiqun hoped to solve practical problems according to market demand and promote common development.
The both parties stated that they would exploit their advantages and promote cooperation and exchange actively in geological hazard prevention and control, goaf management and other complex geological issues during the west highway construction based on this agreement.
