In May 2020, Xi'an Research Institute successfully applied for the qualification of coal geological survey unit and engineering survey qualification.
On May 6, with the technical strength and work performance of many years engaged in coal geological survey, the China Coal Construction Association passed the application submitted by Xi'an Research Institute for the application of the A-level qualification certificate for coal geological survey and comprehensive capability, which was issued. At present, Xi'an Research Institute can undertake the scope of business as: all kinds of geological surveys, all kinds of coal geology, hydrogeology, water and coal seam gas exploration project general contracting, geological technical advisory services and other content. The certificate is valid until 5 May 2025.
On May 19th, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a certificate to enterprises that had been approved for renewal of the qualifications in the engineering survey. At present, Xi'an Research Institute engineering survey qualification certificate includes: geotechnical engineering survey Class A, hydrogeological survey Class A. The certificate is valid until 19 May 2025.
