From July 31st to August 1st, the “National Mine Ecological Restoration New Mechanism and New Technology Exchange Promotion Conference” hosted by China Geological Disaster Prevention Engineering Industry Association and this conference was held in Zhenjiang,Jiangsu. Chairman of the Association (former Deputy Minister of Land and Resources) Wang Min, Director of the Natural Resources Department of Jiangsu Province Liu Cong, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Space Restoration Xiong Zili of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Wu Qiang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Zhu Huizhen, Expert of the China Investment Association of the National Development and Reform Commission, More than 800 people including the heads of the natural resources department (bureau) of the provinces (cities) and the five provinces (districts) of the Yangtze River Economic Zone and the experts and scholars engaged in mine restoration attended the meeting. Looking forward to the new direction of the treatment of subsidence areas in coal mine goaf, which caused strong repercussions in the meeting.
