On September 18, Yao Ningping, deputy general manager of Xi'an Academy of Sciences, conducted a spot check on safety production of Zhuzhuang floor area advanced treatment project of Grouting Engineering Department of the Institute of Hydrology.
On the spot inspection site, Li Zhi, the technical director of the project, made a detailed report on the project background, the general situation of the project progress, the existing problems and the next arrangement. Subsequently, the deputy general manager, Yao Ningping and his delegation consulted the relevant documents of safety production system of Zhuzhuang project, safety meeting record table of project department, safety inspection content table and so on, and mainly checked the safety production situation of grouting station.
Yao Ningping, deputy general manager, put forward several suggestions for the safety production work of the project department. First, the safety management system of the project department should be targeted, and different safety management systems should be formulated for different types of projects. Second, the preparation and drilling of the emergency plan of the project should be formed from the preparation of the emergency plan, emergency drilling. The working closed-loop of the plan book, emergency plan drill and emergency drill evaluation report. Third is that the group company should learn the spirit of the meeting in place, and the safety inspection should not only request, but also leave traces, and have a specific checklist and graphic records in place. Fourth is that the on-site safety inspection should be divided into two levels, and the project department should carry out the inspection. Fifthly, we should strengthen the visual management of the project department.
