CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute Successfully Delivers The Directional Drilling Rig Remanufacturing Project for Shaanxi Coal Group

Recently, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute completed the delivery of equipment for the remanufacturing project of directional drilling rigs and mud pump trucks at Xiaobaodang Coal Mine of Shaanxi Coal Group. This project is a technical service provided by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, which thoroughly explores customer needs and leverages its technical advantages. Through formulating a tailor-made remanufacturing plan for the old directional drilling rigs at Xiaobaodang Coal Mine, conducting in-depth disassembly and evaluation, carrying out renewal of key components, in-depth system maintenance, and upgrading of performance and appearance, it has achieved a "dual improvement" in the appearance and performance of the old drilling rigs. It has solved a series of problems of old directional drilling rigs, such as performance degradation, frequent failures, and high maintenance costs, significantly prolonged the service life of the equipment, saved nearly 50% of the expenses for the customer, and restored the equipment performance to over 95% of that of new machines.

During the on-site acceptance process, the technical personnel of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute introduced the performance characteristics and maintenance key points of the remanufactured equipment and answered various technical questions raised by the customer. The customer's acceptance team fully affirmed the equipment's excellent operational performance and reliable status.
