Recently, the Mine Water Hazard Risk Assessment and Comprehensive Prevention & Control Platform, led and developed by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, has officially passed customer acceptance.
This successful acceptance marks the platform's official launch and operation, opening a new chapter in the digital and intelligent prevention and control of mine water hazards.
Supported by multiple core technologies, the platform has built a systematic and intelligent analysis, prevention, and control system for coal mine water hazards. It integrates multiple functions including hydrogeological information management, water hazard monitoring and early warning, risk assessment and prediction, and intelligent observation of water-drainage boreholes, comprehensively improving the effect of mine water hazard prevention and control.
Specifically, the online water quality discrimination module relies on a local water source database to achieve a 95% abnormal identification rate for water samples from goafs. The dynamic water inflow prediction module is trained using deep learning models, achieving over 85% accuracy in predicting water inflow during working-face mining. Full digitalization has been achieved for tasks such as water inrush risk zoning and aquifer water-richness evaluation, reducing the evaluation drawing drafting cycle from 3–5 days to 2 hours. The water-drainage borehole design function based on the 3D geological model operates stably, with borehole trajectory design accuracy comparable to manual standards. The design time for a single borehole has dropped from half a day to 30 minutes, sharply increasing operational efficiency.
