Recently, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute was invited to participate in an on-site exchange meeting on rockburst prevention experience held at Tingnan Coal Mine. Focusing on the achievements and breakthroughs of the project "Collaborative Advanced Prevention and Control of Rock Burst and Gas Disasters by Hydraulic Fracturing in Tingnan Coal Mine" undertaken by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, a special exchange was conducted with Shandong Energy Group and its subordinate units. At the meeting, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute gave a detailed introduction to the relevant principles, key technologies, and practical application outcomes of collaborative control of rock bursts and gas disasters.

Tingnan Coal Mine is a high-gas-content mine with strong rockburst potential. For many years, it has been using a single disaster control technology. In response to this situation, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute creatively proposed a multi-hazard collaborative prevention and control technology, realizing a "proactive-regional-advanced-collaborative" disaster prevention and control model. Relying on this technical advantage, it successfully undertook the project "Collaborative Advanced Prevention and Control of Rock Burst and Gas Disasters by Hydraulic Fracturing in Tingnan Coal Mine". After the project implementation, on-site monitoring data showed that the total microseismic energy after treatment decreased by 62.3%, the average daily total energy decreased by 45.4%, and the gas extraction concentration and pure volume increased by 3 times and 2.5 times, respectively. It successfully achieved the transformation from "high energy and low frequency" to "high frequency and low energy", significantly reducing the risk of rock bursts and gas disasters and ensuring the mine's safe production.
