1. Introduction
The vehicle-mounted intelligent rapid slurring and grouting system is a set of vehicle-mounted skid-mounted engineering equipment for coal mine grouting and water blockage. It adopts pneumatic conveying and jet mixing and swirling mixing technology and automatically, continuously and accurately prepares cement slurry, has a special hydraulic-driven high-pressure mud pump with intelligent adjustment of displacement and pressure, which pressurizes and pumps cement slurry to the ground for grouting and drilling, and then injects it into cracks and holes in the target layers. The equipment is loaded with a more advanced and reliable slurring and grouting control system, and adopts the latest computer detection and control technology to accurately control the density of cement slurry and the displacement and pressure of the slurry pump.
It consists of three subsystems:
Ø Automatic continuous slurring system: accurately measures and automatically adjusts the supply of clear water and cement, and makes continuous slurring by jet mixing and swirling stirring, based on the set density of cement slurry. The slurring capacity is 0.1 ~ 1.0 m3/min.
Ø Intelligent hydraulically-driven grouting system: automatically adjusts the pressure and flow of hydraulic system, accurately controls the displacement of mud pump, and monitors the slurry density and grouting pressure in real time, based on the grouting pressure limited by grouting engineering design, fixed water injection grouting procedure and grouting end standard, and intelligently controls the quality and output of slurry according to the grouting displacement of slurry pump. The rated grouting flow is 36m3/h, and the maximum grouting pressure is 15MPa.
Ø Special filling pump for cement-sodium silicate double slurry: in order to meet the actual needs of specific projects, this system is equipped with a special filling pump for sodium silicate to meet the switching filling function of single slurry of cement and double slurry of cement-sodium silicate.
2. Applications
This system has the characteristics of fast response speed, strong pulping ability and high degree of automation and intelligence. It is mainly used in grouting tasks that need to be carried out quickly in case of accidents and emergencies, and is mainly used in the fields of rapid blocking and closure of water inrush roadway in coal mines, emergency treatment of water inrush and sand break in tunnel engineering, etc. At the same time, the system has the characteristics of strong site adaptability and flexibility, and can also be applied to grouting works in areas that are not readily accessible such as mountainous hills and gullies. For example, grouting treatment works in areas ahead of karst water hazards in coal seam mining floor.
