Remote diagnosis platform for mine flooding

1. Introduction

Remote diagnosis platform for mine flooding is an information service platform deployed on the cloud server. It assists flooding prevention and control experts to carry out water disaster prevention and control technical services, diagnosis and analysis, accident rescue, accident investigation and other work remotely, in real time, visually and interactively. It can assist supervision departments and coal enterprises to realize unified, real-time and accurate management of mine hydrogeological information and flooding cases.

2. Platform architecture

The bottom layer of the diagnosis platform is the basic database of hydrogeological information, flooding case information, production system information, industrial network data, etc. It consists of five modules: remote visual interaction, hydrogeological information management, typical flooding case information management, 2D mapping and 3D modeling, expert analysis and decision support.

3. Main functions

The functional modules based on the platform, such as remote visual interaction, mine hydrogeological information management, typical flooding case information management, 3D modeling, expert analysis and decision support, can assist governmental supervision authorities, coal enterprises, professional scientific research institutions, technical experts to carry out coal mine flooding consultation (beforehand), auxiliary decision of emergency rescue (in progress), accident cause diagnosis and analysis (afterwards), etc., and have the following main functions:

1) The platform is equipped with a remote audio and video communication service system, which can realize real-time audio and video communication, desktop sharing, client industrial network data transmission, and allow remote scene reproduction and expert remote diagnosis.

2) The platform is built with an information management system for basic mine hydrogeological information, which can realize the unified management of geological and hydrogeological data, production system data, condition exploration results (geophysical prospecting, drilling, geochemical exploration and hydrogeological test), personnel positioning data and other data, and realize the informationization of mine water prevention and control.

3) The platform is equipped with a typical flooding case database management system, which can realize the labeling management of flooding case data such as roof water inrush, floor water inrush and old goaf water seepage, and give full play to the value of accident cases.

4) The platform is built with a 3D modeling system, which can realize the quick building of 3D geological body models of mining fields, quick acquisition of production system data and building of mine roadway models.

5) The platform is equipped with an expert-aided diagnosis system for flooding accidents, which allows quick calculation of the key technical indicators, simulation of water inrush propagation path in mine roadways, optimization of disaster avoidance route, and auxiliary design of water prevention and control work.

4 FAQ

Q1: Can the platform be used in foreign mines?

A: The platform is designed to eliminate the inconvenience caused by spatial distance to mine flooding diagnosis. With the increasingly developed Internet and communication technology, the distance between professional service organizations and mines will be narrowed. The farther the distance between them and the more inconvenient the traffic, the more advantageous the platform will be. Therefore, the platform can be used in foreign mines as long as there is normal internet connection between the two countries and compatible communication protocols are adopted.


Q2: Can the platform be used in non-coal mines?

A: The flooding in non-coal mines can be grouped by roof water, floor water, old goaf water. It is applicable to non-coal mines with water filling factors similar to those of coal mines.


Q3: What are the requirements of the platform to serve the mine?
