In response to issues such as rib spalling in underground coal mine mining faces, roof fall and deformation instability in roadways with fractured surrounding rock, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute has successfully developed a series of inorganic double-fluid grouting reinforcement materials. These materials are widely applicable to geological conditions such as soft coal grouting reinforcement, roadway surrounding rock instability control, fractured roof reinforcement, and grouting treatment for fault crossing. They provide a full-cycle solution for the safety of coal-rock roadways, ranging from "emergency reinforcement" to "long-term protection".

This material is composed of ultra-fine powder aggregates mixed with a transparent and clear slurry. It can actively penetrate into the micro-fissures of the surrounding rock and lose fluidity in a short time, forming a high-strength consolidated body (with compressive strength reaching 10MPa within 2 hours and up to 40MPa within 28 days). It features good fluidity, strong permeability, and wide diffusivity. Its unique "corrosion-cementation" composite effect can also remove mineral blockages in the fissures, consolidate the broken rock blocks into an integrated whole, and significantly improve the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock. Meanwhile, the formula is non-toxic, odorless, and non-flammable during the entire construction process, with no corrosion to steel and no collapse in high-temperature environments, meeting the requirements for environment-friendly materials in green mine construction.

To date, this material has obtained 3 national invention patents and passed the certification and testing of CNAS national accredited laboratories. This innovative achievement provides strong technical support for ensuring the safe and efficient mining of coal mines.
