1. Introduction

The LPS series drilling rigs are specially developed for the crawler version of classic split drilling rigs. The width of the series drilling rigs is only 0.95m. There are 4 models in total: ZDY1200LP(S), ZDY1900LP(S), ZDY3200LP(S), ZDY4000LP(S). The drilling rig has a wide amplitude modulation range and is stable and reliable. It is mainly used for drilling construction for a series of purposes such as underground water prevention and control in coal mines, gas extraction, geological structure exploration, advance exploration, roof and floor grouting, large diameter pressure relief, and coal seam water injection.

2. Technical Characteristics

The core components and hydraulic parts of the drilling rig are common with the corresponding split drilling rigs, making them easy to use and maintain and highly reliable. The underground tunnel has strong adaptability, and good passability, and is easy to move holes and change positions. The drilling rig adopts an upper and lower stabilization form, with two upper supporting columns and four lower stabilizing legs. The whole machine has good stability. The angle-adjusting mechanism adopts the form of a diagonal support cylinder and a diagonal support column. It has small vibration during drilling and good stability of the whole machine. The main hydraulic parts are all well-known domestic brands, and the drilling rig has the advantages of stable and reliable performance and high-cost performance.
