1. Introduction

There are two models in total: ZDY3500L(A) and ZDY4000L(A). The body width is only 0.95m. It adopts an all-round, multi-degree-of-freedom luffing mechanism, with a wide adjustment range for inclination, azimuth, and opening height, and a high degree of automation; the drilling rig width is 950mm, which is suitable for narrow tunnel construction. The minimum opening height of the series of drilling rigs is 1.25m, and it can Cross-belt drilling construction can meet the individual needs of users. It is mainly suitable for the construction of cross-layer holes, double-layer holes, or multi-layer holes in narrow tunnels in coal mines, adjacent layer gas drainage drilling, and exploration water holes.

2. Technical Characteristics

The drilling rig adopts an upper and lower stable form, with two upper top columns and four lower stable outriggers. The whole machine has good stability. The control panel adopts an integrated control valve, which is highly reliable, compact in structure, and has no internal hose connections, making it easy for later repairs and maintenance. The feeding device adopts steel-on-steel structure wear-resistant guide rails with good performance and long service life; the large-stroke clamp has a large opening and good centering. The upper tie rod of the clamp can be opened to facilitate the lowering of the drilling tool; and hydraulic oil circuit The integrated anti-power head sliding module prevents the power head from sliding down during large-angle construction and improves the safety of the drilling rig during large-angle construction. The series of drilling rigs are compact in appearance and flexible in movement and are especially suitable for drilling construction in narrow tunnels.
