1. Introduction
There are four representative models of multi-amplitude series crawler drilling rigs: ZDY3500LP, ZDY3500LQ, ZDY4000LR(B), and ZDY 6500LP. Multi-variable amplitude series drilling rigs are suitable for the construction of multi-layer gas drainage holes, layer penetration holes, water exploration holes, and other purpose holes in coal seams underground in coal mines. It has a wide adjustment range for inclination angle, azimuth angle, and opening height, and a high degree of automation; cross-belt drilling construction can be carried out; an automatic anti-power head slide module is built-in to improve construction safety; the hydraulic system uses imported hydraulic parts and its cartridge valves control and high reliability. The modular design can meet the individual needs of users, among which the ZDY3500LQ and ZDY4000LR(B) drilling rigs can carry out full-section construction.
2. Technical Characteristics
Multi-amplitude series crawler drilling rigs are self-propelled, making it easy to move holes and change positions; the main console and seats are located behind the rig, far away from the hole, improving the safety of drilling construction; the drilling angle adjustment system adopts multi-degree-of-freedom luffing mechanism can adapt to the drilling needs of various inclination angles and azimuth angles. ZDY3500LQ, ZDY4000LR(B), and ZDY6500LP can add and unload a drill pipe with a length of 1m from the middle of the feeding device greatly improving production efficiency; the feeding device can slide forward and backward through the translational cylinder to perform drilling construction across the belt (toward the belt, back belt); integrated into the hydraulic system an anti-power head sliding module is installed to prevent the power head from sliding down during large-angle construction; a walking misoperation protection device is added to further ensure the stable state of the equipment during the construction process; the hydraulic system adopts constant power and constant pressure variable technology, which can reduce energy consumption and reduction of system heat.
