1. Introduction
This series of drilling rigs is used for high-precision and ultra-long-distance directional drilling in coal mines. They can perform bottom-hole motor directional drilling, rotary drilling, composite directional drilling, and other construction techniques. They are used for gas drainage, water exploration and drainage, geological structure exploration, coal seam thickness detection, coal seam water injection roof and floor grouting, and other construction. The drilling rig has a large rotation capacity, can carry out large-angle drilling construction, and can be used with various specifications of ordinary drill pipes, cable drill pipes, auger drill pipes, and fishing drilling tools. It has strong process adaptability and can drill more than 1500m. With the ability to construct ultra-long-distance directional drilling in coal seams, the maximum drilling depth of the ZDY15000LD drilling rig has reached 3353m, setting a new world record in the field of underground long directional drilling in coal mines.
2. Technical Characteristics
1. The drilling rig adopts a crawler layout structure, with independent walking ability, easy relocation, and flexible on-site layout.
2. The drilling rig's rotary system and feed system are respectively designed with fast and slow operating modes to meet various construction requirements such as normal drilling, compound drilling, and drilling orientation adjustment, and can achieve precise adjustment of drilling orientation. The torque limit module is set separately for the fast and slow rotary systems, which enhances the functional adaptability of the drilling rig for rotary drilling and directional drilling respectively, and plays a role in safety protection.
3. The guide rails of the drilling rig are made of wear-resistant materials, which have the characteristics of long service life and easy replacement.
4. The drilling rig can meet the needs of efficient feed for ultra-long distance directional drilling, while also taking into account the need for strong pulling out of drill tools when the drill is stuck.
5. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts a single-action operation mode, and each actuator is operated independently by a hydraulic control handle. The operation process and key actions are simple and intuitive.
6. The drilling rig has an active cylinder floating function when unscrewing the drill pipe. Compared with the passive cylinder floating mode, it can effectively protect the drill pipe and prevent thread damage.
7. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts load-sensitive and constant power control technology, which has the characteristics of significant energy saving, high reliability, and good operability.
8. Use a large-opening composite holder with a maximum opening distance of 200mm to ensure effective clamping of the drill pipe, prevent drills from falling during construction, and facilitate casing lowering requirements during directional drilling construction.
