1. Introduction
This series of drilling rigs is an integral narrow-body directional drilling rig that is suitable for various construction techniques such as bottom-hole motor directional drilling, hole-mouth rotary drilling, and composite drilling. It can be used for coal mine gas drainage drilling construction, and can also be used for various types of high-precision directional drilling construction within 300m, such as underground water exploration and drainage, geological structure and coal seam thickness detection, coal seam water injection, roof and floor grouting, etc. It is especially suitable for directional construction such as directional long drilling in thin coal seams, advanced exploration of gas strip management, and advanced exploration of "drilling and excavation alternating" tunnels.
2. Technical Characteristics
The adjustment process adopts hydraulic control, without manual intervention, is easy to operate, has strong personnel safety, and high efficiency. The drilling rig adopts a φ98mm large through-hole power head, which can meet the use of directional drilling tools of various specifications. It adopts a large-stroke holder with a large opening and good alignment; the upper pull rod of the holder can be opened to facilitate the lowering of the drilling tool. The feed body guide rail adopts a replaceable wear-resistant steel structure, which prolongs the service life of the carriage liner and facilitates rig maintenance. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts an integrated one-valve control panel, which has high reliability, and compact structure, and effectively reduces hose connections inside the control panel to facilitate later repairs and maintenance. The spindle braking system is designed to use intermittent oil supply to achieve the same function, avoiding unnecessary power consumption of the system and reducing system heat generation; it is designed with a directional rotation protection function, which can effectively prevent the impact of rotation misoperation on the power head and ensure the accuracy and safety of the directional drilling process.
