■ Application scope
ZDY6000LD(A) drill rig is an integrated in seam directional drilling rig especially designed to conduct long distance directional borehole drilling in explosive underground environments.
■ Structural characteristics
ZDY6000LD(A) has an integral layout which includes drill unit, operation panel, power unit, caterpillar body, electromagnetic starters, directional drilling managementsystem(DDMS or MWD), hydraulic mud pump and other auxiliaries. With compact structure, it has the advantages of convenient transportation, large rotary torque, wide range of rotary speed adjustment, strong drilling technique adaptability, and high reliability.
With capacity to conduct especially long directional drilling boreholes (depth in excess to 1000 meters), the rig has shown outstanding performance in many coal mining field. Its application include but not limited in highly-precise directional drilling operations in underground coal mines, such as gas drainage, water detection/drainage, explosion proof ration of geological structure, detection of seam thickness, water injection in seam and grout injection in roof.
