Mud Pulse MWD YHD3-1500
YHD3-1500 mud pulse MWD is mainly used to measure and control borehole trajectory during directional drilling process. It can measure borehole inclination, azimuth and tool face angle while conducting drilling. Real time survey and display allows operator to adjust borehole extending according to designed trajectory.
With explosion-proof design, YHD3-1500 MWD can be used in explosive underground environments. It adopts mud pulse wireless signal transmission mode. Instead of cable inside the MECCA drill rod, drilling fluid (water or mud) is used to transfer signal which significantly reduces drill rod cost. Application of YHD3-1500 mud pulse MWD reduces dependence on MECCA drill rods, which allows enhancing strength of drill rods become possible.
