■ Application scope
ZDY6000LD(FA) is designed to be an ultra-compact, easily transportable in-seam directional rig machine, consists of two crawlers. Each one has relative compact dimension which allows the rig to be operation in narrow roadway.
■ Structural characteristics
The rig is capable for precise directional drilling operations with borehole depths of up to 1000m by using a downhole motor, real time survey tools, in particular the MECCA (Modular Electrical Connected Cable Assembly). The application of the rig includes directional drilling operations for gas drainage, water detection/drainage, grout injection, exploration of geological structure, detection of seam thickness, in seam water injection, etc.
With specifically designed to drill long-distance directional drilling boreholes in explosive underground environments. The rig has a compact footprint mounted on tracks, and is integrated with certified flameproof electrics and flameproof laptop.
