Flat Angle Scraper Drill Bit is specifically designed to conduct especially long distance directional drilling boreholes. Associated with downhole motor, the drill bit is suitable to accomplish highly-precise directional drilling operations in underground coal mines.
Main characteristics are as follow：
(1) High abrasion resistance and high impact toughness PDC, hardened alloy steel base material.
(2) Perpendicular (internally tapered) blade structure brings stronger side cutting capacity and is especially suitable for drilling of multiple branches.
(3) Scraper type tooth arrangement design and balanced distribution of teeth ensure high drilling efficiency.
(4) Increased teeth density high performance PDC cutters lead to outstanding drilling efficiency. High performance braze welding flux leads to high welding strength.
(5) Multi-blade side is embedded with large polycrystalline diamond, brings better gauge protection effect and higher abrasion resistance of the bit body.
Typical outside diameter of flat anger scraper drill bits include Φ96mm, Φ98mm, Φ113mm, Φ120mm. Diameter is subject to change and modification according to customer’s requirement.
