■ Application scope
Innovated and manufactured by CCTEG-Xi’an according to long distance in seam directional drilling requirement, ZDY6000LD(B) drill rig is specifically designed to conduct especially long directional drilling boreholes (depth up to 1000 meters) in explosive underground environments. The rigs have relative compact footprint mounted on tracks, and are integrated with certified flameproof electrics and flameproof laptops. The rig is capable to drill relative long-distance directional sub-horizontal boreholes and have been wide used in hundreds of coal mines.
■ Structural characteristics
ZDY6000LD(B) drill rig has a compact footprint mounted on tracks. It can be used for directional drilling operations with a downhole motor, MWD system, MECCA drill rods and mud pump crawler, for rotary drilling and for other drilling operations as well.
The rig is suitable to accomplish highly-precise directional drilling operations in underground coal mines, such as gas drainage, water detection/drainage, explosion proof ration of geological structure, detection of seam thickness, water injection in seam and grout injection in roof.
