1. Introduction

According to the previous geological and hydrogeological exploration results of each stage of the mine, the coal seams in the scope of the mine field are burnt to varying degrees. In the north, the east, the south and even the west of the mine field, there are burnt rock outcrops of each coal seam, and the burnt rock in the mine field is developed; In addition, due to the vertical and horizontal surface gullies within the scope of the mine, the surface water system is relatively developed, and the surface water system and the burnt rock water also have different degrees of hydraulic connection, making the burnt rock water be the focus and difficulty of the water control in the mine.

2. Treatment solution

In order to find out the hydrogeological conditions in the south of the mine, transient electromagnetic exploration, direct current sounding exploration, drilling, pumping test, water quality full analysis test, rock physical and mechanical test, indoor data processing and hydrogeological investigation have been carried out successively, and rich and accurate hydrogeological exploration data have been obtained.

3. Construction situation

The hydrogeological supplementary exploration area is located in the south of the mine, with an area of 5.87km2. The whole supplementary exploration project officially started in April 2018, and the field exploration work was completed in June.

In this project, 6331 TEM physical points have been completed, with an effective detection area of 4.71km2. There were 15 boreholes holes in total, including 9 fire boundary holes with 876.18m footage, 6 hydrological holes with 367.98m footage, and total drilling footage was 1244.16m. A total of 6 pumping tests have been completed, including 100 sets of rock physical and mechanical test samples, 6 sets of coal sample tests, 12 sets of full industrial water quality analysis, and 1 field hydrogeological survey.

4. Achieved accomplishment

The thickness, distribution scope and distribution of the loose layer, weathered bedrock aquifer of the roof of coal seam 4-2, burnt rock aquifers of coal seam 4-2 and coal seam 5-2 in the south of the mine have been found out in this exploration. The spontaneous combustion boundary of coal seams 4-2 and 5-2 in this area was modified, and the control accuracy of spontaneous combustion boundary of coal seams 4-2 and 5-2 was further improved. The water abundance of the weathered bedrock aquifer of the roof of coal 4-2 and the burnt rock aquifer of coal seam 4-2 in the exploration area was found out.

The water level in the borehole of the burnt rock of coal seam 4-2 and the water level of the reservoir have been observed simultaneously for a long time. The observation results of the water level and the analysis of the contact relationship between the strata, the development degree of the fissures, and the hydrochemical characteristics show that there is a hydraulic connection between the water level of the burnt rock aquifer and the water level of the reservoir in the southern area of the changjiagou reservoir in the first panel.

This exploration analyzes the main hidden dangers of water disasters in the process of mining in the exploration area, puts forward the targeted technical routes and measures for water hazard prevention and control, which is of guiding significance for the future mine water hazard prevention and control work in the exploration area.
