1. Introduction
Hosted in the Earth’s interior in rock, soil, fluid and magma, geothermal resource is the only clean energy, geothermal exploration and development drilling technology that is not affected by weather and seasonal changes and can be exploited for human use. Geothermal energy can be directly used for heating, hot water supply or even geothermal power generation with good effect.
2. Treatment solution
Coring has been conducted during well drilling process. The core recovery rate is 93% with single action and double tubing coring. Two coring sections are from 2000 m to 2300m (Lantian Bahe Formation) and from 2500 m to 2800m (Gaoling Group).
The system consists of two parts, a temperature sensor and a demodulator, which are used to measure the temperature of the rock mass in the shaft wall. Temperature measuring fiber optic cable is attached to the outer wall of the production casing and is deployed together with the casing after cementing.
3. Achieved accomplishment
(1) After research and development of high thermal conductivity cement-based composite cementing materials, thermal conductivity is doubled comparing with conventional cement.
(2) New type heat preservation inner tube was developed, which achieved high heat preservation, high temperature resistance, high strength and durability.
(3) Distributed optical fiber ground temperature monitoring system has been developed. It marks a breakthrough of installation difficult problem and realizing distributed on-line monitoring of deep ground temperature for the whole well.
