1. Introduction
The purpose of this project is to drain accumulated water in abandoned Wucun Coal Mine, protect the Guhanshan Mine from water disasters threat, and ensure coal mining safety. Drainage wells are precise drill through the roadway, and submersible pumps are installed to pump out the underground water in Wucun Coal Mine, which will reduce the water level, and provide safety guarantee for the mining of low-level coal seams in Guhanshan Mine.
2. Mine water hazard treatment solution
The well adopts three-open well structure, screen tube and fly tube completion. Its well depth is 406m, and completion fly tube is Φ428×12mm.
3. Construction situation
Three large diameter drainage wells were constructed in Guhanshan Coal Mine, with a total footage of 1139.27m. In 3 large-diameter wells, Φ350×5700mm submersible pumps with 450m lowering head 450m, and 180m3/h displacement are installed.
4. Achieved accomplishment
The project released water disaster threat of Wucun Coal Mine and ensured mining safety in shallow part of the Guhanshan Mine.
